Why do we care about trusted certificates in Windows when each browser already comes with its trusted roots and can easily add real and self-signed certificates? I’m not even sure that the browsers even look at the Windows certificate storage.

I followed these instructions and it asked for a file name. I don’t know where to find a file. I’m trying to connect Mathematica 10.2 (under Windows 8.1) to Google Custom Search.
