Manage and Personalize your Movies Collection with Coollector Movie Database

Are you a movie lover or a video collector? If yes, how do you pick up a movie and list them? Surely, it’s a tedious task when you have to do it manually. Moreover, all the best programs that are available for use are just like any other ordinary video collection managers where you start with an empty database, and download information, one by one, for each movie. Not anymore! Coollector Movie Database is a program that gives you quick access to movies details without having to manually search them online.

It has the capability to save the movie database including cast and crew, plot and summary, IMDB rating and the current price of DVD. Besides this, it provides a link to the trailers on YouTube and the IMDB visiting page of a movie without having to search it manually. Drop-down menus for Movies and Persons lets a user filter search results by various criteria.

The application is a massive encyclopedia with over 80,000 movies and T.V series has a simple interface, richly illustrated with film posters. The interface is divided into 2 panes. The right pane displays the search results and detailed information on movies whereas the left pane lists the database of a movie.

Top part of the main window includes tabs that enable a user to view movies by category. Information related to movie rating and its ordered category is provided under this section. An interesting feature of the program is that it highlights the movies that you own and reminds you of how much you like them by using separate colored icons for each. You can even scan the video files on your hard disk and play them from the program.

Coollector Movie Database can manage both, your movies collection and personalize it, as per your taste and liking. Coollector Movie Database is available for free and works on Windows 7, Vista and XP.
