					<description><![CDATA[A few hours ago I started a backup of my hard drive to an external USB drive, using a dedicated backup software. The estimated time till finish was 6 hours. I stopped the process and made the suggested settings above, and started a fresh backup. Estimated time was divided almost by two (about 3 hours). So I really recommend trying it..
