The option “Users must enter…” is replaced by a message that the policies don’t allow changes.
The Win10 Home laptop never had a password but suddenly the user was forced to set a password.
I can only guess why. Perhaps because MS changed it after an automatic update.
The user claims that she wanted to send a picture from her laptop and she had to enter an email address and after that Windows started asking for a password.

I dont have the check box for “Users must enter a user name….” when i reach this screen. Very strange and not good.
