Leave Windows Insider Program
On Insider builds or on a system that is still a part of the Insider program, you have to do the following to leave the Insider program.
Open Windows 10 Settings app > Update and Security > Windows Insider Program.
Toggle the switch against Stop getting Insider/Preview builds to the On position. That’s it!
If you wish to, later on, re-join the Insider program, you can simply toggle the switch to Off.
If you wish you can also stay in the Insider Program, but set getting updates to Release Preview instead of “Slow” or Fast“. This way you will get relatively stable almost-final build, and you can continue to enjoy the latest in Windows 10.
