I recently bought a Toshiba laptop with pre-installed WIN 8.1 through FLIPCART. I didn’t get operating system KEY or recovery CD. When contacted FLIPCART says that the key is embedded iN BIOS and not supplied separately. Wrote to microsoft support. No response to date. Is this correct?
