My Chrome will not work at all. If I browse as a guest sometimes some sites will load. But if I sign in under my own account, no Google-related sites will load, and I get a message saying my profile couldn't be synced. What is going on???

I have a huge problem and I don't know what to do to fix it. I am having problems with chrome not syncing data on my s7 edge. I contacted Google and they told me to sign out of chrome on my device and I did but I didn't realize that I didn't have anything saved in my activity setting's so now nothing is being saved in my activity on my phone and chrome isn't syncing anything now. So much for getting Google to help me fix it since they didn't tell me to make sure it was marked before I signed out of chrome on my phone. How can I fix this issue? I have been trying to get it working for 3 Month's now and Google customer service is no help they just said we're sorry for giving you the wrong directions to fix this in the first place. Can someone please help me fix it. I just want chrome and Google syncing data and app's again. Thank you.

I wanted to write a comment about a truly disgraceful freight-forwarder but I got the message SIGN IN. I went into another page and used the I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. When "Enter the last password that you remember" popped up, I entered what I remembered. The message "You are now signed-in to all of Google" popped up, however the comments page for the rotten courier persisted in stating "SIGN IN". When the password that signs me in to all of Google was used, the Google comments page for the rotten courier would not accept it. What is wrong?
