A+ Folder Locker Free Edition: Protect & secure your files, folders and data

From the developers of Anti Tracks Free, comes another freeware – A+ Folder Locker Free Edition. We have already seen a few File & Folder Encryption Software for Windows, Today we will check out A+ Folder Locker Free Edition.

A+ Folder Locker Free for Windows, will let you store files, folders, software programs and even drives, in special data storage Lockers. These Lockers, not only hide the names of the files and folders, but also make them virtually impossible to break into.

The tool can be really useful, as it can help you lock your important files, photos, videos, financial information, passwords, and other personal files and folders using a sophisticated encryption algorithm.

The software also includes other security tools and features that allow you to protect the information on your computer. The stealth mode allows you to run A+ Folder Locker on your computer without anyone knowing, the Pattern Password lets you use patterns instead of regular text as passwords and so on. Its Virtual Keyboard is pretty useful too. The Disguise & Hide feature is also interesting as it lets you hide files and folders inside photos and other images on your computer…reminded me of our Disguise Folders, which lets you camouflage your secret folders and allows you to disguise them as system folders in Windows.

A+Folder Locker Free also includes Anti-Hacking Protection feature. Every locker you create includes multiple levels of anti-hacking security that increases as hacking attempts continue. In addition, the program keeps a log of all hacking attempts that you can review at your convenience. Its file shredder is useful as it will let you permanently delete data, using the a secure file shredding algorithm.

The free edition has one main limitation and that is, it allows locker sizes of 200MB only.
