I found a simple cure for the problem after a lot of messing around with settings in IE 11.  Try this in IE 11  1.  Click the gear icon in top corner. 2.  Open Internet Options / Security / clic green trusted sites arrow / then click Sites Button and uncheck &quot;require server verification (Https) for all sites in the zone / add the site you are trying to watch to your trusted list / click Close then Apply / OK.  You should now no longer get the Fault.  Hope this helps.]]></description>
