It did not work. Even If I restarted the computer after those steps, the wifi is still limited. Can anyone find other solutions for this problem please????

the only issue with the Limited access of Wifi.. so
Your system is set with the static IP address ,, just go to Control PanelAll Control Panel ItemsNetwork and Sharing Center
then click on the Local Area Connection ..
click on Properties->select internet protocol version 4(TCP/ipv4)
then click on Properties (tick the radio button) the IP address automatically

Changing the Wifi router setting from AES to TKIP or TKIP/AES solved my problem after few days of trying different solution that doesn’t work.
