					<description><![CDATA[I couldn&#039;t find PersistBrowsers either.  After a (regedit) search, I found it under the &#039;Folders&#039; folder in &#039;Advanced&#039;.  Unfortunately there are several options to the right of PersistBrowsers.  I changed &#039;CheckedValue&#039; and &#039;DefaultValue&#039; to 0.  I&#039;m sad to say this didn&#039;t work for me however...though nothing has so far.  I have NO idea what changed on my computer to make this folder open at startup.  Super annoying :o/]]></description>
