Start &quot;Services&quot;, scroll down to &quot;DNS Client&quot;, doubleclick on it, set start-up type to &quot;Disabled&quot;.
If you are unsure if this will cause any problems, then set start-up type to&quot;Manual&quot; first,
use your computer normally for a few days / weeks,  then start &quot;Services&quot; and check if DNS-cache is active.
If not, then it should be safe to disable it.]]></description>
