In reply to ET. Sure! Just change language on the outlook registration page. Pick language of country specific domain you need.

Thank you Mr Anand for this info! But, has anyone figured out how to have
primary email in Outlook, for example Germany domain (outlook.de) and
for alias France domain (outlook.fr)? Is this possible to make in
Outlook email? Thanks
