LeapPDF – Convert Office 365 documents to PDF
The tool has become user friendly due to several features in it. Users just need to click on a couple of tabs to use it. The best part of the tool is that, you don’t have to install a SharePoint App. Moreover, you don’t have to have SharePoint technical experience as well. The tool takes care of both these requirements. You can use your Office365 credentials for logging in. Thus, you don’t have to remember a new username and a password. The only requirement for this task is having Administrator privileges.
Once you sign up, a dashboard opens up. This dashboard offers an overview of LeapPDF, the subscription status of the use, how many conversions are remaining as well as your conversion history.
There is one setup process that needs to be completed by the user after signing up. Under this process, you need to create document libraries inside your SharePoint site that are used to manage the conversion process. This can be done by clicking on the “One Time Setup” button.
When you click on the “One Time Setup” button, a message appears on the window saying that this action creates two new document libraries, namely an Inbox and an Outbox, in your SharePoint site.
Once ‘confirmed’, the following window appears:
As seen in above image, the required libraries are created on your SharePoint site. The libraries can be visited by clicking on the links shown, or by visiting the site directly.
The following image shows how the two libraries, LeapPDF Inbox and Outbox, appear.
LeapPDF is certainly an easy-to-use online tool. You can take it for a ride by visiting this link. Go to “PDF” tab on this link and click on “Sign up”. This way, you can have 5 conversions for free!
