What if someone is trying to fix bufferbloat but can't fix it on the router/modem end ? 80% or even 90% Qos within Windows itself would seem like an easy fix for buffering or am i wrong ? I have plenty of bandwidth and not worried about 10 % missing to compensate for bufferbloat.
