From the start menu: SETTINGS... SYSTEM... DEFAULT APPS .... and at the bottom, set defaults by APPS. Select Chrome on the left then at the bottom say &quot;set this program as default&quot;

Microsoft will not let you fully set chrome at the two higher steps. SHAME ON YOU MICROSOFT!]]></description>
