					<description><![CDATA[For encrypting/decrypting files that are used regularly, Axcrypt for Windows is the easiest to use, by far.  And it&#039;s free.  A pity that their Android app requires a membership sign up and a monthly fee to be paid... forever!!  I wouldn&#039;t mind at all paying a one-time purchase fee, but their greed only caused me to stop using even their Windows version.

7-Zip and Diskcryptor are both cross-platformed as well, but not as simple/convenient to use.  Sigh...]]></description>
