I rebooted as instructed and checked for a later version (note a version number never appeared on any of their multiple web sites). Clicking “Learn more” got me a 404 MIA.

One of the hallmarks of poor software is error messages that contain no useful information as to the cause. I would recommend you drop this product off your recommend list (at least until it is refined by developers that know how to develop software).
