The Windows Vista boot-screen is plain and simple. But it also includes another boot screen. In this post we will see you can activate it. Windows Vista has a bootskin called Aurora which can be activated using the following setting.
Enable Windows Vista Aurora BootScreen
To activate the Aurora bootscreen in Windows Vista, you will need to disable UAC or User Account Control first.
Once you have done that, click Start > Run > msconfig > Boot tab.
Now in the Boot Options click No GUI Boot > Close. Reboot.
On reboot Windows Defender may give you a message prompt. Click on Ignore or Accept and once you reach the desktop, enable UAC again.
This is how you can enable it. Now on every boot, you will see the cool Aurora BootScreen.
Do note that enabling the No GUI Boot option, will prevent your Windows from showing animations or boot-time messages of any sort.
