Visual Studio 11 Developer Preview available for MSDN subscribers

At the Windows Build conference it was not just Windows 8, which Microsoft previewed, also developer tools like Visual studio 11 and Expression blend were showcased as well. These tools can be used to optimize the development environment of Visual studio and develop Metro based applications for Windows 8.

Visual Studio 11 developer preview can be used in the Windows 8 to code applications with minimal efforts. During the presentation, speakers showed as low as 5 lines of code to create an application for Windows 8. Whether your skills set revolves around HTML/JavaScript or around C#, Visual Basic, or C++, Visual Studio 11 promises exciting opportunities for a developer.

Visual studio 11 can be downloaded altogether with Windows 8. however if you wish to install it for Windows 7, the following Visual Studio 11 components are available for download only for MSDN subscribers.
