TuneUp IncrediLock app lets you customize Windows 8 lock screen

The developers of TuneUp Utilities, have created a free Windows 8 customization and styling app for Windows 8 that will allow users to customize their lock screens and bring it to life.

TuneUp IncrediLock will let Windows 8 users transform their lock screens into personalized dashboards. The app can change the lock screen images from its built-in library, set your personal images as lock screens and places widgets, such as “Sticky Notes” for to-dos, shopping lists and daily reminders, right on their lock screens.

It includes more than 400 high-definition wallpapers, from categories like Nature, City Scene & Architecture or Animals, to enhance their lock screens.

After you install the app, you will have to first Activate My Pictures to add your pictures to the app library. You can then choose and set pictures from their own libraries as your lock screens too.

Currently the app includes only the Sticky Notes widget, but the developers promise to add more widgets, such as an RSS feed, Picture Frame and weather updates, wallpapers and an editor to help consumers further personalize their lock screens.

TuneUp IncrediLock is completely free of charge.
