		<description>Both WinZip and WinRAR provide for creating &quot;split&quot; archive files already.  When creating a new archive, there&#039;s an option to split the file into segments of whatever size you wish.  WinRAR also provides for creating self-extracting segmented archives, not sure if WinZIP does.  I don&#039;t know if the freeware 7Zip provides this capability, as I&#039;ve never tried it, and don&#039;t have it installed right now, but it&#039;s something to try out.  //Steve//</description>
