As soon as you launch the exe file, you get to see a window divided into three sections. The one in the center has the list that shows all the apps that are installed on your PC, and whether updates available or missing.

On the top left you have, Selection by categories panel, that allows you to list applications and software by categories. Below that is a filter pane.

To install updates on already installed application, just check the “Installed to be updated” on the display filter pane and it lists all such applications. Now check the applications and click “Next”. That’s it.
