Bing2wall lets you save the last 6 days Bing images. It requests the images in the desired 480×800 portrait format, which means that you get exactly the same image that Bing search displays.
However, as there is currently no API for setting the wallpaper, you will need set the wallpaper manually from your Pictures Hub.
