Microsoft Action Pack subscribers : 23rd August 2009
Volume Licenses (with Software Assurance) : 7th August 2009
Volume Licenses (without Software Assurance) : 1st September 2009
General Availability : 22nd October 2009
For Beta Testers & Enthusiasts : A a special thank you for their time and effort in helping make Windows 7 a solid release.
Microsoft also confirmed that it will indeed be offering a family pack of Windows 7 Home Premium (in select markets) which will allow installation on up to 3 PCs.
