HELP… We have a new computer which does not seem to be set up correctly to use Power Point in Windows 7 projecting to a Church screen. We have the computer as Screen 1 and the audience screen is Screen 2. Everything works well EXCEPT that when I insert a USB to copy a file, the USB window appears on screen 2. Also if I attempt to delete anything on my desktop, that window appears on the audience screen. Even though I slide the curser over and drag the screen 2 window back to screen 1 to be dealt with, these particular windows keep coming up on screen 2 instead of 1. Normal Document and other files, remain on screen 1 as they should…. Can you tell me how to re-adjust the setting so that these few working files do not appear on screen 2? Thank you.
