How to uninstall broken Windows Live 2009 application installs.

If for some reason you are unable to uninstall any of your Windows Live 2009 applications by the usual ways, you may try the following:

To uninstall Windows Live Messenger, click Start, then type/paste the following and press Enter:
msiexec /x {A85FD55B-891B-4314-97A5-EA96C0BD80B5}

Alternatively try Zap Messenger.

To uninstall Windows Live Mail, click Start, then type/paste the following and press Enter:
msiexec /x {6412CECE-8172-4BE5-935B-6CECACD2CA87}

To uninstall Windows Live Toolbar, click Start, then type/paste the following and press Enter:
msiexec /x {995F1E2E-F542-4310-8E1D-9926F5A279B3}

To uninstall Windows Live Photo Gallery, then type/paste the following and press Enter:
msiexec /x {D6C75F0B-3BC1-4FC9-B8C5-3F7E8ED059CA}

To uninstall Windows Live Movie Maker, then type/paste the following and press Enter:
msiexec /x {3D5044A5-97B8-45C0-B956-BB2376569188}

To uninstall Windows Live Writer, click Start, then type/paste the following and press Enter:
msiexec /x {178832DE-9DE0-4C87-9F82-9315A9B03985}

To uninstall Windows Live Family Safety (64-bit), click Start, then type/paste the following and press Enter:
msiexec /x {F7513E19-6224-485E-988D-9BF45BE64B53}

To uninstall Silverlight 3.0, click Start then type/paste the following and press Enter:
msiexec /x {89F4137D-6C26-4A84-BDB8-2E5A4BB71E00}

To uninstall Office Live Add-In 1.3, Click Start then type/paste the following and press Enter:
msiexec /x {57F0ED40-8F11-41AA-B926-4A66D0D1A9CC}

To uninstall Office Outlook Connector, then type/paste the following and press Enter:
msiexec /x {95120000-0120-0409-0000-0000000FF1CE}

At Installing and uninstalling Windows Live 2009 applications, you will find all Windows Live Suite 2009 “Wave 3” applications, a download link to the Microsoft Installer (MSI) file, what’s also necessary to install each application and instructions on how to properly remove each without the Windows Live installer.  This allows you to install on non-supported Windows versions (Windows XP x64), fix broken Windows Live Installer installs or just to avoid the Live Installer altogether.

    It was a great problem for me to uninstall a Sign-In Assistant after the in-place upgrade from Vista to 7. It would be nice if you posted a way for getting rid of it, too.

    Bogdan : To uninstall Windows Live Sign-in Assistant, click Start, then type/paste the following and press Enter:
    msiexec /x {45338B07-A236-4270-9A77-EBB4115517B5}
