Have installed mouse gestures, works fine except for when you gesture to open a new window in the foreground. Then all gestures do not work as the status indicates that the CTRL is set (pressed) and hence the gesture is unknown. Works well if you do not gesture a new window.
Windows 7 with IE 8
and help?
