    Once again I am penalised because I do not go near any type of social site. It seems that folks like my self are being pushed further and further into the background because we choose not to follow others around like sheep and have huge numbers of so called friends whom we will never know or associate with.

    Why do I need this software ? Because I have searched for a PDF converter for some time now and quite frankly I wasn’t pleased with the selection.
    However now that it is being offered by the Windows Club, I know I’m getting something that will be easy to use and I can TRUST the product being offered.
    This will get a lot of use and I will definitely suggest it to friends.

    I do not use any social sites, but I have a printer so old that waiting for pictures to be copied is like watching a pot of water trying to boil. Printing would be so much faster in text.

    but there are also other programs available that can convert PDF to text:
    fx. Xpdf: “Xpdf is an open source viewer for Portable Document Format (PDF) files…. The Xpdf project also includes a PDF text extractor, PDF-to-PostScript converter, and various other utilities. ”

    i used Xpdf to extract text from pdf´s many years ago when i was running MS-DOS 6.
    it´s a very nice program, and Xpdf is FREE software….

    Thanks Anand. I am sure that their others who will appreciate this as much as myself.

    When purchasing items online I normally save the final check-out page as a PDF document. As I have a lot of these files in PDF format taking up a lot of space on my HDD. With this software I could [would be able to] convert and edit these and remove any and all unneeded information from them. It would also enable me to extract and save all registration details into one document.

    I also have quite a few PC related PDF’s stored and these also have extraneous information which wouldcould be removed.

    Finally in the future I would not have to thinks about what to save as I would be able to print as PDF and then when I have the time just edit and remove.
