Foxconn, Wistron, Quanta showcase new Windows 8 hardware

Foxconn, Wistron, Quanta have at Computex 2011 in Taipei, unveiled prototype ARM-based Windows 8 slates and smartbooks.

These are early hardware for the new operating system from Microsoft and used chips from Qualcomm, Texas Instruments and NVIDIA powering their live tiles, along with NVIDIA’s upcoming Kal-El.
