Bing Search offers several ways to augment a basic search query. For the most part, Bing has talked about using the Bing API to tailor requests.

However, there is another tool that you can use in either an API request or a Bing box: Advanced Query Language.
Bing has published an extensive list, with descriptions and examples, of the operators, or syntactical units, that comprise this language.
Bing Query Language enables the incorporation of advanced operator syntax in requests sent to Bing Application Programming Interfaces. Advanced operator syntax is syntax that enables you to refine a query. This document provides you with the resources necessary to use this syntax.
For example, if you want to augment a query for “windows” so that the result pages are from TheWindowsClub.com, you should enter:
windows site:thewindowsclub.com
Or for instance – To find the RSS or Atom feeds pertaining to a term you specify:
feed:windows
This will find RSS feeds pertaining to Windows.
