As a result, many free Clipboard alternatives  like ArchiveClipboard, Enhanced Clipboard Manager, CopyCat, Clipboardic, Orange Note, etc, are available on the internet.

Ditto Clipboard Manager

Ditto is another open-source extension to the standard Windows clipboard. It saves each item placed on the clipboard allowing you access to any of those items at a later time. Ditto allows you to save any type of information that can be put on the clipboard, text, images, html, custom formats, etc.

The application has an easy to use interface, and lets you quickly search and paste previous copy entries. You can also sync clipboards from across multiple computers. Moreover such clipboard data is first encrypted and then sent over any network.
