Delve Analytics add-on for Office 365
Individuals can use these personal dashboards to monitor time and then take actions. For instance, you can find the percentage of your emails that are read, track whom you collaborate with most and the amount of time you spent in daily meetings. With this valuable information at hand, you can prioritize your goals. Plus point, you receive all these insights as a weekly report delivered in Outlook. Let’s see how it works!
You can access your Delve Analytics Personal Dashboard by simply navigating to the Office 365 web experience at portal.office.com.
Once there, open Delve from the app launcher and hit the Analytics button visible on the left-hand side of the window.
When directed to a new page – your personal dashboard, you’ll see a summary of how much time you’ve spent during the week in focused work time and working after hours. If needed, you can allocate fixed time for each of these areas.
There’s a separate section – Network, which specifically focuses on individuals whom you interact with most. Below this, there’s an Email information section that helps you determine average read rates and response times for emails. Having all this information at hand can prove beneficial in making your email communications more effective.
That’s not the end, you can also find Focus hours module which reveals information about how often you have you get 2 hours time between 2 meetings so you can finish the pending office work. You may have days when you’re stuck in back-to-back meetings and find you don’t have time to sit down and get work done. This module is particularly useful when it comes to rearranging your schedule to get that extra hour.
The Meetings module will show you how much time you’re spending in meetings, which meetings are taking up the most of your time and the quality of meetings.
Lastly, there’s After hours module offering insight into time spent by you working outside the dedicated work hours. This can help find ways to balance personal and professional priorities.
Delve Analytics is available as part of the Office 365 E5 plan or as an add-on to Office 365 Enterprise plans.
