Today, I happened to find this standalone application called Boxie. Boxie is a multi-purpose minimalistic application for Windows that can do a variety of everyday tasks with ease. You don’t need to install the application. It just runs out of the box. You however do need Microsoft .NET Framework v4.0 in order for this application to work
It can do a variety of tasks like managing clipboard, tagging music at one shot, manipulating image files without opening - like converting to grayscale, change the size, etc, and so on. Another wonderful features I noticed is that it you can upload a file to FTP site, send files to remote host, zip multiple files, etc. Just drag a bunch of files to Boxie.exe icons and it adds them to the queue the manipulate the files.

Asterisk (*): These commands must be typed in by themselves and cannot be chained.
