If you are a blogger and/or a user of Windows Live Writer, then this is one very useful utility you may want to have a look at!  Windows Live Writer Backup is a freeware backup utility for Windows Live Writer. Using this utility you can backup blog settings, posts and plugins.

The only requirements are that you must have .NET 3.5 SP1 installed.

If you’re running Windows 7 or Vista, to run the program you will require elevated permissions. This is only required for restoring a backup.
