Adobe PlayPanel: Free game manager and launcher for Windows

Adobe launched a free game manager and launcher called PlayPanel which is available for download on Adobe website. The all new PlayPanel is available only for Windows users having a Facebook account. Yes, you read it right, PlayPanel is accessible only via a Facebook account or your Adobe account, as there is no other login option currently available for the same.

Adobe PlayPanel provides a quick access to all your favorite games. It offers an ease of managing all your favorite game using a single application. Users here can play, rate and also review the games here. You can see all the games your Facebook friends have been playing in Adobe PlayPanel and obviously all your friends are also notified about the games you play here.

Adobe PlayPanel Features

  • It saves all the games you play and gives you a quick access to your favorite games. The program displays your games in the left sidebar providing you a quick access.
  • The program lets users discover new games which are categorized the sections like featured game (picked by the editors), Social games (played by your friends) and trending games (most popular games).
  • PlayPanel rewards you with winning badges which are displayed on your profile for your friends to see.
  • You can pin your favorite games so as to show them to your Facebook friends. You can also disable the sharing and pinning from “Settings” option. Visit Settings > Preferences and disable the automatic sharing of your game plays with friends.

Your Adobe PlayPanel profile will be visible to your Facebook friends who have also installed the program in their Windows PC. You will get the notifications of your friend’s activities on PlayPanel and vice-versa, however, you can always turn the notifications off via “Settings” after you log-on here.

Furthermore, the program will automatically add games that you play and will share your game-play with your friends on PlayPanel. You can always disable this options, just go to “Setting->Preferences”.

All games are hosted on their respective websites and as you click on any game tile, it takes you to the website. Take your cursor on the game tile and it will display the details about the game like- the gaming interface, short description and the website where the game is hosted.

Overall, the Adobe PlayPanel is a nice program for game lovers and has an extensive collection of games, but you have to install Adobe Flash on your system along with the program to run it.
